Trailer Repair Dispatcher – Day Shift

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10-hour shifts Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Remote, must live in PA, TN,OH, CO,SC, TX,GA, KY, FL, or MI Job Description Fleet Repair Solutions is looking for a dependable, organized Trailer Repair Dispatcher to join our growing team! This position is responsible for coordinating trailer repair service requests, dispatching technicians, and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently while maintaining communication with customers and our operations team. Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch mobile trailer repair technicians to service locations. Receive and prioritize incoming repair requests. Communicate with technicians, customers, and management regarding repair status and estimated completion times. Track service calls, repair updates, and completed work orders. Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service. Work closely with operations to keep daily dispatch activities running smoothly. Qualifications Previous dispatching experience preferred, ideally in trailer repair, fleet maintenance, trucking, or transportation. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with computers and dispatching software. Knowledge of commercial trailers and repair terminology is a plus. Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
