What you need
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and transportation support or dispatch.
- Familiarity with route optimization and cost-saving strategies.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Understanding of transportation/logistics practices and procedures.
- Experience with Tegos and Salesforce.
- Knowledge of medical waste industry regulations and compliance.
