M&J is actively growing its Texas Transportation practice and is seeking a Transportation Design Engineer to support roadway, bridge, drainage, and municipal infrastructure projects throughout Texas. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced transportation leaders while helping build a growing practice backed by the resources and capabilities of a national engineering firm. Responsibilities Assist with the planning, design, and production of transportation infrastructure projects. Support roadway, bridge, drainage, and municipal infrastructure design efforts. Prepare plans, specifications, estimates, technical reports, and supporting documentation. Coordinate with project managers, clients, subconsultants, and agency representatives. Support project delivery utilizing Bentley design platforms and digital delivery workflows. Participate in field investigations, site visits, and project meetings as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred. Experience level flexible; entry-level through experienced candidates will be considered. Experience with OpenRoads, MicroStation, AutoCAD Civil 3D, or similar design platforms preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
