About This Job Join Axos Bank’s immersive 12-week Summer Internship Program to gain hands-on experience, contribute to enterprise initiatives, and develop professional skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment. Along with your day-to-day job duties, you will take part in a capstone project, sessions with our business leaders, financial literacy training courses, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, and a volunteer day. Interns choose between one of two sessions. Session 1: May 25 - August 13 Session 2: June 14 - September 3 The Treasury Management Sales Intern will support various teams within the Commercial Banking division, including client onboarding, sales operations, and treasury management. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to learn about banking processes, regulatory frameworks, and client service strategies in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Responsibilities Assist with onboarding new client accounts and managing signer changes. Respond to internal and external requests professionally and within service-level agreements. Support the development of process maps, procedures, and “Rules of Engagement” for sales teams. Input and track sales team activities in Salesforce and provide operational feedback. Participate in strategic and operational projects across Commercial Banking and Treasury Management. Handle general client service requests, including account maintenance and user support. Collaborate with specialty deposit groups to understand client needs and service models.
