Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and routes, including machining, forming, assembly, surface treatments and special processes relevant to the industryFamiliarity with design analysis and development of test prototypesFamiliarity with manufacturing readiness, process qualification, and production ramp-up activitiesExperience working with suppliers or industrial partners on technical deliverablesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, solution-oriented mindsetAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams, interfacing with design, materials and qualityFamiliarity with magnetic fusion and/or nuclear power-plant systems preferredProficiency in English.
