Essential Duties and Responsibilities Environmental studies and remediation; Natural resources assessment and restoration; and Engineering and design for environmental, water resources, geotechnical, and structural infrastructure. Drive personal, company, and rental vehicles to client or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed. Education and Licensure Pursuing a Bachelor's in geology or environmental, civil, or chemical engineering. (required) Advanced degree in geology, civil, geotechnical engineering, environmental engineering. (preferred) Engineer in Training (EIT) certification. (preferred for engineering candidates) Skills, Experience and Qualifications Cover letter. (preferred) Excellent writing and communication skills. (required) Prior internship experience in environmental consulting. (preferred) Critical thinking and task management skills. (preferred) Experience with ArcView, Modflow, and/or AutoCAD. (preferred) Valid U.S. driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel. (required) This opportunity will be posted for at least five days. The typical base salary range for this position is just one component of Geosyntec’s total compensation package for employees. Actual compensation will be determined based on education, experience, skill set and location.
