Full-Time Registered Ultrasound Technologist at a new outpatient imaging center set to open December 2026 American Health Imaging of West Ashley: 1013 Physicians Dr. Charleston, SC 29414 Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Lumexa Imaging partner American Health Imaging is looking for a registered Ultrasound Technologist for a full-time position in West Ashley , SC. As a registered Ultrasound Technologist, you will perform high-quality scans while providing excellent customer care and service to patients. This new American Health Imaging West Ashley center is scheduled to open in December 2026. Desired Skills and Experience Current American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography® (ARDMS®) certifications : RVT, AB, and/or OB/GYN or be willing to obtain within 4 months. Flexible with patient schedule to accommodate patient needs Excellent communication skills Integrity, honesty and strong work ethic Good communication skills Desired Skills Customer service skills Time Management/Organized Extrovert Patience Versatility to juggle multiple tasks Basic proficiency with computer monitors, keyboard and mouse for scanning, RIS and PACS use Organized, detail oriented, observant Calm and effective communicator Helpful, patient and sympathetic Physical Demands of the Position Lifting/moving patients, positioning the patients Assisting patients on and off table and into a wheelchair, when required Sitting 50% of shift, standing 10% of shift and walking 40% of shift Why Join American Health Imaging?
