YOUR ROLE: SECURITY WITH PURPOSE As a Security Specialist, you will serve as a professional presence on the property while helping maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. You will be expected to stay alert, communicate effectively, and take ownership of your responsibilities throughout every shift. Vigilance: You stay aware of your surroundings, identify potential concerns, and take action before small issues become larger problems. Communication: You can communicate clearly and professionally with tenants, visitors, coworkers, and emergency personnel. Attention to Detail: You take pride in accurate reports, proper uniform standards, and completing responsibilities thoroughly. Sound Judgment: You remain calm under pressure and know when to respond, report, or request additional assistance.
