Assist other underwriters with their book of physician business to maintain and enhance strong client and distribution partner relationships and to enhance retention and strong new business flow.Underwrite and analyze physician risks and offers appropriate underwriting solutions for clients with a focus on profitability as determined by the company and as directed by the Team Trainer and other underwriters.Meet and exceed client expectations by providing appropriate pricing and structure based on utilizing all information; all within a timely turn around period.Engage and maintain excellent communication with internal team members and meets and delivers the MedPro Group standards of obsessive client focus to each of our clients.Complete risk Analysis to include but not limited to coverage evaluation, terms and conditions of offer to determine appropriate structure and pricing with guidance from Team Trainer and other underwriters.Work within authority and understand escalation requirements within the company.Establish and maintain excellent communication with internal team members including sales, claims PR & RM. Perform other duties as assigned.
