What you need
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field and at least six years supporting Federal financial management. Advanced Marine Corps financial systems expertise, including coding, data structure and standardization, USSGL posting logic, and technical closeout impacts on USSGL accounts. In-depth knowledge of Navy and Marine Corps systems, including PBIS, DAI, ADVANA, WYPC or its successor, and the Civilian Labor Reconciliation Tool. Hands-on ability to analyze civilian personnel execution, reconcile pay period data, and explain labor cost variances; familiarity with TFSMS and HRLink. Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and data analysis skills; ability to prepare clear cost analyses, status reports, and recommendations. Relevant certifications as proposed for the position.
