- Engage guests in conversation about their stay, property services, and area attractions
- Provide attraction, theme park, and event tickets for sale to guests
- Provide information about the Sales Presentation Tour and answer questions
- Provide concierge services and encourage participation in a Sales Presentation Tour
- Welcome and greet guests, anticipate and address their needs
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contribute to team goals
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
What you need
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Reach overhead and below the knees; bend, twist, pull, and stoop
- Be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
- Lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 25 lbs without assistance

As a Specialist Leisure Planning, a typical day will include:
Engages guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions/offerings.
Provide attraction, theme park, and event tickets for sale to all guests and use effective sales techniques to drive sales volume.
Offers tickets to local attractions, theme parks, and events for sale to guests.
Provide relevant information about the Sales Presentation Tour and answer any questions about the tour.
Provide concierge services to all location guests and encourage participation in a Sales Presentation Tour.
Guest Experience and Company Standards
Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
Contribute to team goals.
Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
To Become a Specialist Leisure Planning:
Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.
Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
