You’ll be one of the first people our clients meet—and a BIG part of making sure their experience feels smooth, welcoming, and cared for from check-in to check-out. 🐶🐱💕 🐾 WHAT DOES A CSR ACTUALLY DO? You’re basically the connection point between our clients, their pets, and our veterinary team. Your day may include: 🐾 Welcoming clients and their pets with a warm, friendly attitude 📞 Answering phones and helping clients with questions 📅 Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment flow 💻 Checking clients in and out and keeping information accurate 💳 Processing payments and handling invoices 📋 Updating and maintaining client + patient records 💬 Communicating important information between clients and the medical team 💊 Assisting with prescription/refill requests and directing medical questions to the appropriate team member 📞 Following up with clients when needed 🧾 Helping explain services, estimates, invoices, and next steps 🐕 Supporting a smooth patient experience from arrival to departure 🧠 Knowing when to jump in and help wherever the team needs you 🚦 Keeping things moving when the phones are ringing, appointments are arriving, and the waiting room is getting BUSY Basically… you’re helping keep the whole front end of the hospital running. 💪 💖 YOU’LL PROBABLY LOVE THIS JOB IF… You genuinely LOVE animals 🐾 You’re a people person You’re friendly, professional, and confident communicating with clients You can multitask without getting overwhelmed You’re organized and pay attention to the little details You can handle a fast-paced environment You know how to stay calm when things get a little ✨chaotic✨ You’re comfortable talking about services, estimates, payments, and scheduling You’re a team player who’s willing to jump in wherever needed You understand that pet parents can be emotional—and you lead with empathy ❤️ You have customer service experience (veterinary or healthcare experience = major bonus!) 🚨 THIS IS MORE THAN JUST ANSWERING PHONES.
