Veterinary Receptionist

You would be the calm, welcoming face that keeps PAW running smoothly. You'll handle the front line—greeting caregivers, managing calls, walk-ins, triage, scheduling, processing payments, and supporting every department—so the clinical team can focus on patients. First Impressions & Caregiver Advocacy: Warmly welcome patients and caregivers, route calls, assist in running triage with precision. Seamless Transactions & Financials: Handle invoice finalizations, process payments, and perform smooth end-of-day cash drawer reconciliations using our practice management software. Lobby & Inventory Operations: Keep the lobby clean, inviting, and safe; assist with inventory tracking and loss prevention to help keep hospital operations running lean and efficient. Digital & Administrative Support: Keep records clean and up to date by managing incoming emails, digital attachments, faxing, and document scanning. We don't believe in top-down silos.
