Video & Social Media Production Specialist

Apply Description Position Summary 8sian is seeking a creative and responsible Video & Social Media Production Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for producing and editing video content, managing social media content, and supporting the production of our digital programs, interviews, commercials, and community/entertainment content. EMPLOYMENT DETAILS Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Hourly Position: Video & Social Media Production Specialist Work Location : 25 E Foothill Blvd, Arcadia, CA 91006 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Produce and edit video programs, interviews, commercials, promotional videos, and social media content Manage and maintain company social media platforms Create and post short-form videos, reels, clips, graphics, and other digital content Edit video footage, including titles, subtitles, music, graphics, and basic motion graphics Assist with video shoots and program production Organize video footage, photos, graphics, and other production assets Repurpose long-form programs into short social media clips Coordinate with the production and management team to meet deadlines Help develop creative ideas to increase social media engagement and audience growth Note: This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) of this position. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 2 years of job experience in video production and video editing Experience managing social media platforms Proficiency with professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other social platforms Basic graphic design and motion graphics skills are preferred Good organizational and time-management skills Able to work independently and handle multiple projects Chinese language skills (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) are a plus Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future. COMPENSATION: $45,600 - $50,400 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and other factors.
