THE STARTING RATE: $21.50 / Per Hour THE DAY-TO-DAY: Assist Butlers in delivering timely and complete services to Villa guests Handle guest food and beverage orders with the appropriate restaurant and/or In-Room Dining Assist with arranging personal services and expedite transportation, restaurant, and spa reservations as well as other personal services Inspect table setups to ensure cleanliness, accuracy, and compliance with guest orders and departmental standards Maintain the Butler's pantry, kitchen, storage areas, and other assigned areas in a clean, organized, and serviceable condition Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic beverages, wines, champagne, guest room layouts, and room locations/numbers/names THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Must be 21 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED Two (2) years of prior relevant experience, preferably in Hotel Operations or Guest Services Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Free meals in our Bellagio employee dining room Free parking on and off-shift at all MGM Resorts properties Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees) Professional and personal development opportunities through employee programs and network groups Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION: https://mgmresorts.marketpayjobs.com/ShowJob.aspx?EntityID=2&jobcode=12993 Are you ready to JOIN THE SHOW ?
