Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Internship

Our Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) team combines real-world construction experience with advanced virtual design technology to support some of the largest data center projects in the industry. This is a paid, hourly internship designed for current students, upcoming graduates, and recent graduates looking to build hands-on Revit and VDC experience while working alongside experienced industry professionals. Interns will contribute to real projects, develop technical modeling skills, and learn how VDC supports construction coordination, fabrication, and field execution. This internship is best suited for current students and recent graduates with degrees or coursework related to Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Architectural Engineering, Construction Technology, BIM/VDC, or other building systems-related disciplines. Internship Highlights: Work alongside experienced VDC professionals on active projects Build hands-on Revit modeling and production experience Gain exposure to mission critical and data center projects Learn how models are used for construction coordination, fabrication, and field execution Gain exposure to industry-standard VDC software and workflows beyond Revit Receive structured onboarding, mentorship, and hands-on learning Explore potential long-term career paths within VDC and mission critical construction Program Logistics: Start Date: January 2027 Hourly position: $22.00 / hour Location: Phoenix, AZ 85016 100% in-office internship Program duration: 6 months (24 weeks) Requires a minimum of 400 total internship hours First 6 weeks: Full time availability, Monday-Friday Remaining program: Flexible schedule of 16–36 hours per week, based on availability and school schedule Successful completion of the internship may provide an opportunity to be considered for full-time employment based on individual performance, business needs, and available positions at the time of program completion.
