What you'll do

Gain hands-on experience across warehouse departments, including order fulfillment, shipping, operations, inventory control, and facilities, while performing tasks such as packing and picking.
Work with a mentor on operational improvement projects and learn to develop and support warehouse teams in preparation for a future leadership role.

What you need

Applicants must be college juniors pursuing a degree in warehousing, logistics, business management, or supply chain.
They should have experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
Education: a bachelor's degree
