What you'll do
- Perform various warehouse tasks
- Provide services to support the plant's production goals and objectives as directed
What you need
- High School Diploma or Education Equivalency Required
- Warehouse experience for 1 year minimum.
- Working knowledge of the following areas: forklift maintenance and operation; rules and regulations for handling batteries; nomenclature of assigned equipment
- Performs such individual assignments as management may direct.
- Must follow company policies, procedures, practices, and standards of conduct
- Ability to pass an approved forklift test.
- Work is performed in a manufacturing plant. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell.
- Employees are regularly exposed to cold temperatures and damp conditions when performing tasks
- The employee will frequently have to walk and stand. The employee should have the ability to regularly lift to 55lbs.
- The employee must be able to push and pull up to 75lbs.
- Must be able to climb ladders and work at elevations above 4 feet
- The employee is regularly exposed to wet walking surfaces
