Welder Helper Location: Ault, Colorado Pay Range: $18.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on experience Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday Position Overview C&H Solutions is looking for a dependable, hardworking Welder Helper to join our welding and fabrication team in Ault, Colorado. The ideal candidate is motivated, safety-conscious, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a hands-on shop environment. This position will assist our experienced welders and fabricators with daily operations, material preparation, equipment handling, and maintaining an organized and productive work area. Job Responsibilities Assist fabricators with daily shop operations and projects. Transport, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the shop. Operate machinery and equipment as directed and properly trained. Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas. Handle and prepare tools and materials needed for welding and fabrication projects. Assist with disassembling defective products or components for repair. Prepare raw materials for fabrication, including measuring, cutting, grinding, and cleaning as directed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform additional shop duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous welding, fabrication, construction, mechanical, or shop experience is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is helpful. Willingness to learn welding and fabrication processes. Ability to follow instructions and work well with others. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, standing, and moving materials throughout the workday. Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
