Based in Harrison, NY, the ACT Program is a licensed, mobile treatment program for adults with mental illness whose needs have not been well met by more traditional programs. ACT is grounded in a recovery-oriented practice and provides an integrated set of evidence-based services delivered by a mobile, multidiscipline behavioral health treatment team.
What you'll do
- Develop individualized wellness plans with clients and families using the Wellness Self-Management model.
- Help clients integrate self-care and healthy habits into daily life.
What you need
- Requires NYS licensure as a Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor or Psychologist, and at least one year of experience working with adults in an outpatient mental health setting.
- Mobile, community-based program experience is preferred.
