What You Will Do: Own yard operations : by organizing, tracking, and managing all equipment as it enters, moves through, and exits the yard. Inspect, clean, and detail equipment : to ensure it’s fully prepped and ready for delivery, rental, or demo. Support equipment flow: by moving, staging, and coordinating machinery between the yard and shop. Partner with the service team : to keep operations running smoothly and ensure timely, accurate job completion. Strong attention to detail: with a commitment to quality and taking pride in your work. Basic computer skills: to document work and navigate systems. Customer-focused mindset : with a professional attitude when interacting with others. Comfort working outdoors : in various weather conditions and staying active throughout the day. Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
