All content on the Jigup platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Jigup or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the platform does not grant you ownership of any content. However, you retain ownership of the original data you provide (e.g., your coursework and projects).

While Jigup provides tools to help you craft your professional narrative, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit to employers or include in resumes generated by the platform. Jigup does not verify the truthfulness of your claims and is not liable for any consequences of misrepresentations.

Certain features of Jigup may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed through third-party providers (Stripe). By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or specified otherwise in our refund policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jigup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. We do not guarantee job placement or specific career outcomes.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jigup is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
