What you'll do
- Instruction: Plan and deliver interactive elementary Spanish lessons focused on language acquisition, conversation, foundational literacy, and cultural awareness.
- Culture & Support: Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment; differentiate instruction to support diverse learning styles and language proficiency levels.
- Collaboration & Compliance: Participate in weekly coaching and PD; submit lesson plans and student data on time; maintain open communication with families.
What you need
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Certification: Valid or eligible Florida Teaching Certificate in World Language – Spanish (Grades K–12) or Elementary Education with Spanish proficiency.
- Clearance: Level 2 Florida Care Provider Background Screening required.
- Preferred: Native or near-native Spanish fluency; prior elementary language teaching experience; ESOL Endorsement.
- Education: a bachelor's degree or a postgraduate degree

Salary: $47,436 – $52,500 (Base + ESOL/Master's supplements)
Job Type: Full Time (Comprehensive Benefits Included)
