You’ll work alongside experienced Account Managers, supporting the servicing and retention of our commercial clients. As an Account Assistant, you will support our Client Service Team by completing account servicing tasks and helping maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on accuracy and excellent customer service. What You’ll Do Account Servicing: Help support account servicing tasks throughout the policy year, including processing endorsements, providing certificates, and invoicing. Policy Checks: Assist in reviewing new and renewal policies for accuracy, helping identify any discrepancies in coverage and policy details. Pre-Renewal Preparation: Support the team by gathering and organizing documents for the pre-renewal process, such as ordering loss runs and preparing workbooks or certificate lists. Data Accuracy: Help maintain accurate policy data in the Agency Management System by processing requests and ensuring data is correctly entered. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests in a timely manner and supporting team collaboration to improve service processes. What You Bring Education and Work Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); six to 12 months work experience with a focus on office administration or customer service Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Current or obtain Colorado Property & Casualty Insurance License within 2 months of hire date. Actively pursue industry designations, such as CISR or equivalent. Requires a valid Colorado driver’s license and an acceptable MVR. Attention to detail: Ability to manage tasks accurately, ensuring all policy documents and data are correct and compliant. Customer service skills: Experience in building strong client relationships, handling requests, and resolving issues promptly. Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
