Apply now and transform your career with us. What you will be doing Support vendor and subcontractor inquiries regarding accounts payable. Assist with inquiries and payment status questions as needed. Assists with check running activities and auditing to meet weekly deliverable deadlines. Maintain organized accounts payable records and file records. Matche invoices, purchase orders and receivers prior to payment distribution. Matche invoices to checks prior to signing and ensure each check has appropriate support. Check run processing support. Process and match vendor invoices with purchase orders and receipts and tickets, slips, vouchers or other invoice back up information. Code expenses accurately to designated project cost codes. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies. Maintain vendor files, digital archives, and audit documentation. Assist with month-end close tasks, including cost accruals. Assist with new suppliers and maintain accurate database records. What we are looking for 2+ years of construction field accounting experience or training required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong organization and attention to detail required. Strong time management and self-prioritization skills required. Verbal and written communication skills. Takes personal ownership over tasks and asks for help, when needed communicate effectively with others.
