Accounts Payable Coordinator Location: Maryland (Based in Odenton MD) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and detailed team member who is motivated, organized, hands-on and reliable to join us in the role of Accounts Payable Coordinator. This position performs a variety of daily tasks in our corporate office. It is full-time (40 hours per week); Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Candidate will report to the Accounting Operations Manager. Primary Roles & Responsibilities • Receive, review, code and enter invoices and check requests into Sage • Reconcile vendor statements, resolve invoice discrepancies and match purchase orders • Prepare and process check runs and ACH payments • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and maintain updated W-9 and tax information • Assist the Accounting Operations Requirements Requirements, Experience & Education · Office Administration; 3 years (preferred) · Strong familiarity with Excel required · Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable and data entry · Associate’s degree or some college business courses · Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, administrative and communication skills · Ability to pay attention to detail, and understand the need for accuracy · Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others We offer a competitive salary and generous benefits package, including medical, dental, 401(k), life insurance and paid time off.
