What You'll Do As a Well-Being Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping residents thrive by creating opportunities for connection, engagement, and joy. Working primarily within our memory support household , you will: Design and lead meaningful lifestyle and wellness programs Inspire residents to discover purpose, passion, and enjoyment in daily life Build relationships with residents, families, volunteers, and team members Create engaging events, activities, and experiences that support physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being Bring creativity, energy, and compassion to every interaction Co-lead a community Alzheimer's Support Group Every day is different, and every day brings the opportunity to brighten someone's life. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas or a related field: Family & Consumer Studies Psychology Human Development & Learning Leisure Management Sociology Equivalent experience working with older adults, recreation programming, wellness, or activity coordination may also be considered.
