Lead engaging activities for residents and encourage participation in group and one-on-one programs.
Collaborate with the care team to support the social, emotional, and mental well-being of residents.

What you need

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
The ability to work a flexible schedule and pass required employment screenings is mandatory.
