Administrative & Executive Support Support executive calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, resolve conflicts, and coordinate meeting logistics. Arrange business travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries. Help prepare expense reports, organize receipts, and route invoices and purchasing documentation to the appropriate teams.
