The base pay range for this position is
$20.46-$32.84 Hourly
however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Work Schedule for this Position: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Position Overview:
Receive and accurately route phone calls through the organization’s telephone system in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. Must be able to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining careful attention to detail and accuracy. Must be reliable as this is a high-performance role. Credentialing Services tasks to include payer enrollment, revalidations, and other miscellaneous tasks as required by payers.
A Day in the Life:
Answer incoming calls for Pullman Regional Hospital.
Efficiently connect callers to the appropriate extension.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Assist with clerical tasks between phone calls (scanning documents into our electronic medical record, filing, etc.)
Obtain information from agencies or sources to complete projects and reports as needed.
Conduct audits to ensure the accuracy of completeness of
Punctual and regular attendance is essential responsibility. The expectation is that the employee will be present for all scheduled shifts.
