The MarTech Platform & Integrations team is hiring an Agentic Orchestration Analyst to help operate and execute automated marketing workflows built on Optimizely Opal (now branded "Mark"). This is a hands-on, entry-level role for someone early in their career who wants to build practical experience with AI agent orchestration inside a marketing technology stack. You'll spend your time running, monitoring, and troubleshooting orchestration agents that connect and automate tasks across our MarTech tools — not building the platform itself, but making sure the agents we've configured run correctly, flag issues, and deliver value day to day.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Execute and monitor pre-built orchestration agents within Optimizely Opal (Mark) according to documented workflows and playbooks.
Track agent runs for successful completion; flag, log, and escalate errors, failures, or unexpected outputs to senior team members.
Perform first-line troubleshooting on failed or stalled agent executions, following established runbooks.
Maintain accurate records of agent activity, execution logs, and outcomes for reporting and audit purposes.
Support data hygiene and input-quality checks that feed orchestration workflows (e.g., verifying source data, tagging, and triggers).
Assist in testing new or updated orchestration agents prior to production rollout, documenting results.
Collaborate with the MarTech Platform & Integration Manager and cross-functional stakeholders (marketing ops, campaign teams) to understand workflow requirements and communicate agent status.
Escalate platform bugs, integration failures, or data discrepancies to the appropriate internal or vendor (Optimizely) support channel.
Contribute to internal documentation of agent configurations, standard operating procedures, and lessons learned.
Participate in ongoing training to build proficiency in Optimizely Opal / Mark and broader marketing automation concepts.
What you’ll need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field).
0 – 1 years of professional experience; internships, co-ops, or coursework involving marketing technology, automation, or data tools are a plus.
Strong attention to detail and comfort following structured processes and documentation.
Basic understanding of, or strong interest in, marketing automation, workflow tools, or AI / agent-based systems.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data (e.g., Excel / Google Sheets) to track and validate outputs.
Clear written communication skills for logging issues and documenting processes.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage time across recurring operational tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to Optimizely, Opal / Mark, or other marketing automation/orchestration platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Basic familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or no-code / low-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make).
Coursework or personal projects involving AI agents, chatbots, or workflow automation.
Familiarity with ticketing / documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion).
What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days:
Independently executes and monitors assigned orchestration agents with minimal supervision.
Accurately identifies and escalates agent failures following the correct runbook and channel.
Builds working knowledge of the team's MarTech stack and how orchestration agents fit into broader campaign workflows.
Establishes a reliable documentation habit for agent runs, issues, and resolutions.
Why Join This Team:
This role offers direct, hands-on exposure to agentic AI orchestration in a live marketing technology environment — a fast-growing skill set — with mentorship from the MarTech Platform & Integration Manager and a clear path to grow into more advanced platform, integration, or automation-engineering responsibilities.
