- Identify AI, GenAI and Data opportunities with business units; lead stakeholder discovery, workshops and process mapping.
- Translate challenges into use cases and requirements, and define KPIs, business value, UAT requirements and priorities.
What you need
- Requires a strong understanding of AI/GenAI fundamentals, LLM/RAG concepts and data requirements, plus a proactive, consultative approach.
- AI product discovery, consulting, AI transformation or Data/AI strategy experience is preferred.

AI Business Analyst - Indianapolis, IN
Partner directly with business units to identify high-value AI, GenAI & Data opportunities
Lead stakeholder discovery, workshops, process mapping & current/future-state analysis
Translate business challenges into AI use cases, requirements, user stories & acceptance criteria
Strong understanding of AI/GenAI fundamentals, LLM/RAG concepts & data requirements
Define KPIs, expected business value, UAT requirements & implementation priorities
AI product discovery, consulting, AI transformation or Data/AI strategy experience preferred
Databricks/NVIDIA and healthcare/pharma exposure are pluses
Must be proactive and consultative - not simply a requirements-taker
Ideal for business-savvy AI BAs who can uncover opportunities, shape use cases and help create new Data/AI workstreams
