What you'll do
- Build enterprise GenAI applications using organizational data, documents and business knowledge.
- Build document ingestion, chunking, retrieval, reranking and grounded-response pipelines, and engage business teams to identify AI use cases.
What you need
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases/search and prompt/context engineering.
- Experience with APIs/microservices, LLM evaluation and agentic AI workflows.

AI Context Developer / GenAI Engineer - Indianapolis, IN
Build enterprise GenAI applications using organizational data, documents & business knowledge
Strong hands-on expertise in Python, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases/search & prompt/context engineering
Build document ingestion, chunking, retrieval, reranking & grounded-response pipelines
Experience with APIs/microservices, LLM evaluation & agentic AI workflows
Databricks, MLflow, NVIDIA AI, LangChain/LangGraph or LlamaIndex strongly preferred
Knowledge graphs, model serving, enterprise AI security & governance are strong pluses
Must be comfortable engaging business teams to identify new AI use cases
