The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance. What We Offer: Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour PLUS quarterly bonus up to $750.00 $200.00 on-call bonus 401k planning with up to $4,000.00 matching Tool reimbursement program $250.00 at 6 months Winter boot reimbursement program Paid Holidays Paid Time Off, 1st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours Blue Cross/Blue Shield medical insurance starting at $47.50 for you Dental and Vision Insurance Life and Disability Insurance Paid additional training/school Tuition reimbursement program Yearly anniversary gifts Job Duties: Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program Exterior structural maintenance as needed Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone Snow removal What we need from you: HVAC or EPA Certification preferred Drywalling including painting and carpentry Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal Water heater knowledge both electric and gas “A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.” "This role requires a background investigation that includes a criminal check, and a drug screen (we do not check for THC)."
