Description Maintenance Technician | Wilmington, NC | Full-Time | On-Site | Multifamily Housing | Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour Monarch is looking for a Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician to join the team at Forest Hills Apartments in Wilmington, NC. The job includes handling day-to-day maintenance requests, completing repairs, and helping with the overall upkeep of the community. HVAC experience is preferred, and we'll provide paid EPA certification training. What We're Looking For: 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience HVAC experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness and ability to participate in the on-call rotation Good troubleshooting and repair skills Someone who takes pride in doing the job right and keeping the property in good condition Why Monarch?
