Vision and Disability Insurance 9 Paid Holidays Paid Time Off, 1 st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours 20% off rent at any of our owned communities Work pant reimbursement program Tool reimbursement program Power tool battery exchange program Work boot reimbursement program Paid additional training/school Tuition reimbursement program Yearly anniversary gifts What you need: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required 1 years or more of experience in apartment maintenance EPA and/or HVAC Certification preferred Physical ability to service condensing units on roofs Dry wall (repairs and new) including painting and carpentry Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal Water heater knowledge of both electric and gas What Our Maintenance Techs Will Do: Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications Exterior structural maintenance as needed Must participate being on call (1 week every 4 weeks) Snow removal (when needed during the Winter season) A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position. This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening. Valid driver’s license required.
