Learn more about MIMG here: https://mimginvestment.com/ SCHEDULE : M-F 8-5PM (80hrs paid time off 1st year, paid holidays), On-call 1x every 5 weeks PAY : $24-26 an hour (full-time) BONUSES: $1,000 sign on bonus, $750 quarterly bonuses (based on site performance) $100 for every week you hold the on-call phone and minimum 1.5hrs paid time for emergency calls (That is $3,000+ in annual bonuses!) Paid additional training/school Tuition reimbursement program Every 5th year choose a 3 week PTO vacation or 2 week bonus check for that year Tool reimbursement program, up to $500 per year ($250 available at 6 months) Winter boot and pant reimbursement program What You'll Be Doing: Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program Exterior structural maintenance as needed Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone Snow removal (when applicable) Pool maintenance (where applicable) Housing inspection experience preferred (not required) The Experience We Like To See: 2+ years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent 6+ months experience in apartment maintenance HVAC experience required EPA and CPO certifications preferred Dry walling including painting and carpentry Basic knowledge of plumbing, sweeting copper pipe preferred Basic knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures Basic repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal Preferred experience in HVAC and/or boiler system knowledge Some knowledge of water heaters both electric and gas Problem solving skills Be able to provide great customer service to our residents Have basic safety training or be willing to go through basic training within 30/days A physical demonstration of your ability to complete job duties will be required during the interview process.
