Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Screening applications for our locations and sending one-way video interview links to qualified applicants Evaluating one-way video interviews and selecting the candidates who are the right fit for in-person interviews with location management Partnering with location and district managers to understand and support staffing needs Creating and updating job postings, representing Delta Sonic at job fairs, and assisting with in-person interviews The pay range for this position is $21.00 – $24.00 per hour. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Industry experience in recruiting, interviewing, applicant screening, staffing, or a related human resources role Willingness to learn and become knowledgeable about all location-level positions Strong organization and excellent attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to work well with others Real enthusiasm for meeting, engaging, and connecting with people The ability to manage multiple tasks smoothly and effectively A quick learner who adapts easily to change Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to observe and analyze quickly Good to know: Candidates who move on to the second interview will complete a behavioral-based interview assessment.
