We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Field Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair our remote security equipment throughout the Phoenix area. If you enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting, and solving problems, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, repair, and relocate security equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues. Visit customer sites and respond to equipment problems. Maintain tools, parts, and equipment inventory. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Follow safety procedures and company guidelines. Travel between job sites as needed. Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Maintenance, construction, or electrical experience preferred. Knowledge of CCTV, audio/video systems, or PLCs is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record. Must reside in the greater Phoenix area. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 100 pounds on rare occasions. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat.
