We’re seeking a detail-driven Asset Recovery Specialist to support our dealerships and administrative team. In this full-time role, you’ll manage charge-off accounts, legal documentation, payments, bankruptcies, and vehicle recovery processes while delivering responsive service and maintaining compliance. Benefits • Paid holidays and your birthday off • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • HSA plan with employer contribution • 401(k) retirement plan with company match Duties and Responsibilities • Prepare, update, and maintain charge-off files. • Process bankruptcies and file proofs of claim. • Schedule auction sales for repossessed vehicles and post proceeds. • Process, post, and import customer payments. • Prepare and send files to attorneys promptly and accurately. • Contact customers and vendors to locate customers or vehicles and follow up on payment arrangements. • Handle accounts in accordance with federal and state requirements. Experience and Education • Two years of legal or collections experience. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy; proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Ability to protect confidential debtor and legal information. • Valid state driver’s license and a good driving record.
