- Executes operational processes by following documented procedures, job aids, and established guidelines.
- Supports daily operational activities associated with underwriting, corporate actions, and other asset servicing functions.
- Reviews, validates, and updates information required to support securities servicing activities.
- Researches and resolves routine exceptions, breaks, and inquiries, escalating issues as appropriate.
- Manages assigned workload and prioritizes activities to meet established deadlines and service commitments.
- Applies established risk and control procedures within day-to-day responsibilities.
- Demonstrates a commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous learning.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Collaborates effectively with team members and business partners.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with others.
- Adheres to established procedures, controls, and operational standards.
- Demonstrates sound judgment and appropriately escalates issues and risks.

The Asset Servicing role supports specialized operational functions across Underwriting and Corporate Actions. Underwriting serves as the entry point for securities to become eligible for DTCC services, while Corporate Actions supports the servicing of income, distribution, and reorganization events throughout the lifecycle of those securities. Depending on the functional area, responsibilities may include supporting security eligibility activities, Principal & Income processing, Stock Dividends, International Dividend Services, Mandatory Reorganizations, Voluntary Reorganizations, and other asset servicing functions.
