- Ensure residents are free from physical, verbal, and sexual abuse
- Support resident independent recreation based on individual preferences
- Ensure residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with their service plan
- Attend all mandated in-service education programs

Life Enrichment Coordinator Responsibilities include:
Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous.
Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physicals, verbal and sexual).
Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
