The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service skills, is well-organized and manages time wisely. The candidate will provide support to Division department’s by assisting with customer service and administrative duties. What You'll Do: Receive, process and scan mail documents to appropriate recipients. File and store original recordables per retention guidelines. Process returned mail according to division procedures. Process outgoing mail according to division procedures. Receive/Post checks and update files accordingly. Perform end-of-day deposits. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Act as liaison between First American and building management to handle maintenance and other building-related requests. Assist the Customer Service team by handling incoming call overflow during surge periods. What You'll Bring: High School diploma or equivalent required This is an entry-level position, but customer service, office/administrative, call center or industry-related real estate background is helpful. Strong customer service skills Detail oriented Time management skills Strong organizational skills Ability to manage high volume of data and information Excellent verbal and written communication skills Teamwork skills Computer proficient including Microsoft Office Programs with basic Excel skill level Pay Range: $16.07 - $21.41 Hourly This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
