Role Overview: Our clients count on us to make the legal process seamless and efficient from scheduling court reporters and legal videographers to ensuring transcripts are delivered on time and flawlessly accurate. As a Litigation Support Associate (Corporate Services), you will improve client satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring that clients receive the products they ordered in a timely manner. What you'll get to do: Use Vision workflow to process / produce and archive reporter files, transcripts, exhibits and specialty files; ensuring QC'ing at every stage Adhere to reporter instructions/notes regarding transcripts; Reconcile inconsistencies with office knowledge and Vision Ensure orders and products are processed accurately, timely, confidentially and in accordance with all state and federal regulations and while adhering to all Standing Orders, reporter notes and Vision notes Follow up with Reporters on missing or incorrect items necessary for job completion Ensure Exhibits are properly labeled and linked in order to generate ACE Create and attach read and sign letters The kind of teammate we’re looking for: Proficiency in MS Office required Proficiency in relevant software packages and applications Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills Must be able to work both independently and with a team Why You’ll Love Working at Veritext: We believe great work starts with feeling supported—at work and beyond.
