What you'll do
- Manage community solar subscriptions, projects, programs and utility relationships within assigned community solar markets.
- Set monthly subscription allocation strategies to comply with program rules, optimize revenue, mitigate attrition, and reduce payment risk.
- Review and approve monthly utility data to ensure accurate calculation of subscription revenue, subscriber savings, and bill credit transfer invoices.
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable community solar program rules, consumer protection policies and financier related requirements.
- Execute monthly revenue reporting and subscription bill credit invoice cycle.
- Communicate with customers and utility contacts to efficiently resolve community solar subscription issues.
- Support third-party client relationships and related community solar subscription service agreements as applicable.
- Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative and results-driven team culture.

ROLE OVERVIEW
Pivot Energy is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Associate, Market Operations, to drive the community solar Subscription to Cash (STC) revenue cycle for select community solar markets within our RevOps department. This role requires a solid understanding of community solar best practices, a proven ability to deliver high-quality business results, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will bring an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to learning, ensuring continuous improvement in driving revenue growth, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
As Associate, Market Operations, you will play a crucial role in optimizing subscription management, utility partnerships, customer experience and SunCentral platform development, while also identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline processes and ensure high-quality outcomes. You’ll work closely with multifunctional project teams to manage and drive community solar subscription revenue for Pivot Energy and our clients. In this capacity, you'll be responsible for adhering to standard operating procedures, managing community solar data, supporting customers, reporting business results, escalating issues, proposing solutions and supporting other projects as assigned by your manager.
