Job Title: Associate Mental Health Provider Licensed Social Worker Associate – Independent Clinical (LSWAIC) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) Location: Convivio Health – Renton, WA Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time Salary Range: $31.00-$39.00 per hour (DOE) As an Associate Mental Health Provider, you will provide brief, solution-focused therapy, group interventions, and psychological support to adults participating in industrial rehabilitation programs, under appropriate clinical supervision. You will support individuals in rebuilding confidence, developing effective coping strategies, and strengthening resilience following workplace injuries. This role emphasizes professional growth, cultural and linguistic sensitivity, interdisciplinary collaboration, and elements of case management while providing opportunities to develop clinical skills and experience toward independent licensure. Key Responsibilities Under the supervision of an approved clinical supervisor, the Associate Mental Health Provider will: Conduct intake, progress, and discharge evaluations, documenting findings and preparing reports Develop and implement customized treatment plans focused on recovery goals, stress management, and resilience building Lead group therapy sessions that promote peer support and shared coping strategies Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure integrated, holistic care Document patient progress thoroughly in compliance with program and regulatory standards Participate in case conferences and team meetings to adjust care plans as needed Identify and address psychological factors impacting rehabilitation within a short-term intervention framework Required Qualifications Master’s degree in counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Active Washington State associate-level credential in good standing (LMHCA, LMFTA, or LSWAIC). Relevant clinical experience through employment, internship, practicum, or supervised practice. Ability to provide individual and group interventions within the scope of the applicable credential and under required clinical supervision. Strong communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with brief, solution-focused interventions, rehabilitation, chronic pain, or trauma-related care. Familiarity with Washington State L&I programs and processes. Experience with EMR documentation.
