Job Title: Analyst, Program Scheduler Job Code: 45071 Job Location: Canoga Park, CA Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off     Job Description:   We are seeking an Associate Program Scheduler for the Missile Solutions Segment of L3Harris located in Huntsville, AL. Working under the general direction and guidance, the Program Scheduler will be responsible for creating and managing integrated master schedules. This position requires the selected candidate to have strong organizational skills, be an excellent communicator, have an aptitude for the logical thought process, and can maintain attention to detail.  Experience using Microsoft Office software is required to develop compliant schedules and develop accurate metrics and analysis charts.   Essential Functions:  Work with Engineering Leads to Perform Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) activities to accurately represent the program logic and the activities sequenced with appropriate lead times and durations. Perform monthly IMS status and work with the business manager to ensure cost and schedule integration and maintain through change control process. Conduct schedule integrity checks, correcting schedule when necessary. Build metrics and schedule status charts for program management and external customers, including critical path analysis, 14‑point schedule health assessments, execution indices, and schedule risk evaluations, while also supporting key administrative and budgetary activities.    Qualifications: To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Program Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field or have completed their bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.   Preferred Additional Skills: Microsoft Project/Project Server Milestones Professional Experience giving presentations   In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California $56,000 - $104,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
