If you’re caring, reliable, and passionate about making a difference, this is the place for you. 🌟 Position: Behavior InterventionistBehavior Interventionists provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. This role involves working one on one with clients, helping them build communication, social, and self-help skills while collaborating with a supportive and experienced clinical team. 🧩 Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Collect and record data on client progress. Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments. Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). 🎓 QualificationsHigh School Diploma – REQUIRED Bachelor’s in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, Sociology or related field (preferred but not required). Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must pass the TB test. Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance.
