What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive dealership role Proven ability to sell services and build customer trust Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations Excellent communication and closing skills Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment ASE certification is a plus Bilingual is a plus Professional appearance and strong work ethic Valid driver’s license required Must pass pre-employment screening (background, drug test, MVR)
