Signet Health, a national behavioral health management company, is currently recruiting for a full-time Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LPC) for our Senior Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health program located at St. Joseph's Health- Burleson Hospital in Caldwell, Texas.
What you'll do
- Provide mental health counseling to individuals, groups, and families
- Conduct initial assessments
- Provide crisis intervention as needed
- Assure continued update of all case files and other records in strict compliance with policy and CMS regulations
- Coordinate treatment planning
- Assist with referral development and community education
What you need
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling and havean activeTexaslicensure as anLCSWorLPCor be license eligible.
- A minimum of two years of related work experience highly desired
- Experienceproviding group and individual therapy tosenior adults in an outpatient setting.
- Experience facilitating patients' access to community resources.
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and display proficient oral/written communication skills.
- Education: a postgraduate degree
